摘要
针对神府榆横煤田开发区水土保持现状及社会环境特征 ,总结了水土保持工作中的成就和经验 ,分析了存在的问题 ,阐述了加强这一区域水土保持生态环境建设的紧迫性和重要性。从治理、监督和政策等几方面提出了相应措施。
Aimed at soil and water conservation status and social and environmental features in Shenfuyuheng coal mine development area, experiences and achievement of soil conservation are summarized, existing issues analyzed, and the urgency and importance of soil and water conservation as well as ecological environment construction in the region are expounded. Corresponding treatments are put forward from harness, supervision and policy aspects.
