细胞免疫治疗儿童急性髓性白血病外周血干细胞移植后复发1例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 患者,男,9岁,因急性髓性白血病复发入院。于2005年3月被外院诊断为＂继发性血小板减少性紫癜、中度贫血、慢性粒细胞减少症＂,对症治疗后症状缓解。2009年7月出现面色苍白伴活动耐力下降,外周血涂片：幼稚细胞6%;骨髓形态：原始粒细胞13%,早幼粒细胞53%;免疫分型示异常髓系表型,异常细胞占35.76%,表达CD117、CD33、CD38、CD13、CD123、
