摘要
嵌入式实时控制系统硬件故障是造成系统失效的主要原因之一,针对此问题,首先定义嵌入式实时控制系统硬件体系结构;然后分析嵌入式实时控制系统的可用性和失效模式,并对单个IP硬核和嵌入式实时控制系统硬件应用Markov链建立了可靠性模型;最后用所建立的模型,对嵌入式联锁控制器硬件进行了可靠度计算和分析。通过计算可知,所建立的可靠性模型能够描述嵌入式实时控制系统硬件的状态变迁,并能定量预测和分析其可靠度,模型具有一定的实用价值。
According to embedded real-time control system hardware malfunction caused system failure is one of the main which mainly caused by the hardware design flaws. Firstly, this paper define the hardware system structure of the embedded real- time control system. And then, analyze availability and failure mode of the embedded real-time control system, and establish relia- bility model of single IP hardcore and embedded real-time control system hardware used Markov chain. Finally, calculate and ana- lyze reliability of the embedded controller hardware interlocking application of the model. The results show that the reliability of the development of this model can describe the embedded real-time control system hardware state change, and can be used to forecast and analysis their reliability. Therefore, the research is feasible of this paper, the model has certain practical value.
