摘要
目的研究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与肠上皮化生不同亚型中突变型p53(mtp53)蛋白表达的关系。方法应用14碳-呼气试验检测Hp,通过爱显蓝-雪夫(AB-PAS)和高铁二胺-爱显蓝(HID-AB)黏液染色区分肠上皮化生亚型,应用免疫组织化学染色EliVision法检测mtp53蛋白的表达。结果肠上化生各亚型Hp感染率均高于非萎缩性胃炎组,各亚型之间Hp感染率差异无统计学意义;不完全性结肠化生mtp53蛋白表达率为24.4%,明显高于其他亚型和非萎缩性胃炎;不完全结肠化生组Hp阳性患者中mtp53蛋白表达率为36.0%,明显高于阴性患者。结论不完全性结肠化生中突变型p53表达升高,其表达可能与Hp感染有关。
Objective To study the association among Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and the expressions of mutant p53(mtp53) protein in different subtypes of intestinal metaplasia.Methods The carbon-14-urea breath test was used to determine Hp;AB-PAS and HID-AB mucinous staining were used to distinguish intestinal metaplasia subtypes;the immunohistochemical EliVision method was used to determine the expressions of mtp53 proteins.Results The infection rate of Hp in intestinal metaplasia was higher than that of non-atrophic gastritis,no significant difference existed between subtypes of intestinal metaplasia in the infection rates of Hp.The expression rate of mtp53 protein was 24.4% in incomplete type intestinal metaplasia,which was higher than that of other subtypes and non-atrophic gastritis;the expression rate of mtp53 protein with Hp positive was 36%,which was higher than that of mtp53 protein with Hp negative.Conclusion Higher expression of mtp53 protein is shown in incomplete type intestinal metaplasia and the expression may be associated with Hp infection.
