摘要
提高"种子"教师研修质量,必须贯彻"从实践中来,再回到实践中去"的研修理念;必须注重研修参与教师学科业务能力、校本研修能力的提升及"种子"意识的养育;课程设置应聚焦问题,有效促进教师教学方面的专业成长,培育他们引领学校教师从事校本研修的基本素养;研修组织形式应贴近教学实际,给予"种子"教师实习引领的机会;研修应以学科业务能力及校本研修能力为基本评价内容。
To improve the research quality of "seed" teachers,we should implement the research idea "from practice and then back to practice";focus on the improvement of research and participating teachers' disciplines operational capacity and school-based research ability,and the cultivation of "seed" awareness.Courses setting should focus on the problem,effectively promote the professional growth of teachers' teaching,and bring them up to lead the school teachers in the basic literacy of school-based training.The form of research organization should be close to the actual teaching,and give "seed" teacher the opportunity of internship and lead.The basic evaluation content of research should be disciplines operational capacity and school-based research ability.
