摘要
农村集体三资(资金、资产、资源)是新农村建设的核心资源和竞争力,对农村集体三资(资金、资产、资源)档案的规范、高效管理,将为农村三资效能的充分发挥提供切实保障。文章就农村集体三资档案信息化管理的必要性、农村集体三资档案信息化管理系统的现行技术模式、技术优势与应用效能问题展开探讨,以期进一步推动该领域学术研究。
Rural collective three-capital（funds,properties and resources） are core resources and competitiveness of new rural construction.To specify and efficiently manage the rural collective three-capital（funds,properties and resources） archives will ensure the rural three-capital efficacy into full play.This article will discuss following topics in the hope of further pushing the academic research in this field： the necessity of informationization management of rural collective three-capital archives,and the current technology patterns,technical superiority and application efficiency of informationization management system of rural collective three-capital archives.
