摘要
研制的起动电机是燃气轮机起动用重要设备。为满足燃气轮机稳定起动以及对起动电流和起动转矩的要求,采用变频起动的设计思想,利用电磁计算设计满足要求的变频起动电机,采用变频起动方式时,具有起动电流小,控制方式简单等特点。最后研制了样机,并完成了试验测试,试验结果证明该设计思想是正确的,具有很好的工程实用价值。
A novel motor designed is a important part of steam engine, which takes charge of steadied jump-start of steam engine with low started current and high started torque. The motor is achieved, where frequency conversion is used for studied about electromagnetic calculation. It has outstanding advantages of started current and torque and simple automatic control method. A prototype is manufactured, and tested. It was proved by experiments that the working principle of the designed motor is correct, and it has good prospect in practical engineering application.
