摘要
独立学院发展中存在的最为突出的问题是人才培养模式"趋同"现象。随着办学实践的丰富,独立学院的人才培养模式也在不断探索和改进。培养高素质的应用型人才是独立学院的根本任务。独立学院长期、健康的发展,必须根据发展环境和学校的实际对培养目标、规格、形式和方式等进行准确定位,创新人才培养模式,形成自身特色。
The most prominent problem existing in the development of Independent Colleges is talent training mode of ＂convergence＂.Along with the practice of the rich,Independent College＇s talents training mode also explores and improves in continuously.The basic task of the Independent College cultivates the high-quality talents.Long-term and healthy development of Independent College must accurate positioning,innovative talents training mode and form its own characteristics according to the actual development environment of school and its training objectives,specifications,forms and methods.
