摘要
目的探讨维和二级医院中合理的护理排班方法,以保障维和伤病员护理的开展。方法在维和二级医院护理工作中界定各班次职责,公平排班及安排外出活动,并实行"一岗两编"制和安排助诊班。将排班模式更换前后患者及医务人员对护理工作满意度、护理综合质量评分、护理文件书写评分进行比较。结果改进护理排班后,患者及医务人员对护理工作的满意度由(84.9±4.6)%上升到(96.0±1.0)%,护理综合质量由(90.6±2.4)分上升到(98.4±1.4)分,护理文件书写由(90.6±1.0)分上升到(95.0±3.8)分。结论科学的护理排班有助于调动护士的积极性,营造女队员之间的团结氛围,稳步提高护理质量,有力保障了各项护理工作的展开。
Objective To investigate the methods of reasonable nursing scheduling model in peacekeeping levelⅡhospital so as to carry out peacekeeping nursing program.Methods By defining the duty of each nursing group in peacekeeping levelⅡhospital,the work shift and outdoor activities were arranged impartially.The system of ＂Two parts of a post＂ was applied to arrange the assist work shift.The nursing satisfaction,general nursing quality score,nursing documentation score were compared before and after replacement of the scheduling model between the patients and medical staff.Results After improving the methods of reasonable nursing scheduling model,the nursing satisfaction between the patients and medical staff increased from（84.9±4.6）% to（96.0±1.0）%;the general nursing quality score increased from（90.6±2.4） to（98.4±1.4）;the nursing documentation score increased from（90.6±1.0） to（95.0±3.8）.Conclusion Scientific arrangement of work shift helps mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,create an atmosphere of unity among the female members,improve the quality of care steadily,at the same time,and support the commencement of the logistics strongly.
