摘要
小湾水电站地下厂房岩锚吊车梁的设计尺寸和吨位均位于国内前列,其岩锚吊车梁计算方法主要采用了刚体力系平衡法、弹性系数法和有限元法三种方法,并借鉴鲁布革等电站岩锚吊车梁设计的成功经验,通过岩锚吊车梁模型试验论证及一段时间的运行,证明其岩锚吊车梁的体形及锚固措施设计是合理的。
Both design size and design tonnage of the concrete crane girder anchored to the rock of the underground powe- rhouse of Xaowan Hydropower Station are among the top in China. Three methods, i.e. equivalent system of force of rig- id body, elastic coefficient method and finite element method were mainly used in calculation of the concrete crane girder anchored to the rock, and in addition, the successful experience of design of the rock - anchored concrete crane girders in Lubuge Hydropewer Station and other hydropower stations was used for reference. The model test verification of the rock- anchored concrete crane girder and its operation for a period of time proved that the design of both configuration and shape of the rock- anchored crane girder and anchorage measures are rational.
