摘要
商业模式由经营模式、收入模式和客户模式三个关键环节构成,由此可以建立研究商业模式创新的框架模型。网络企业商业模式创新,包括静态和动态方面的含义。注意力经济、经验产品、锁定效应、网络效应和微创新,构成中国网络企业商业模式创新的理论基础和"钥匙"。经营模式环节的创新方法包括产业链方法、效率方法和版本划分方法等。收入模式包括收费模式和支付方法,收费模式创新方法包括免费法、锁定效应法、版本划分VIP用户法、注意力出售法等。顾客定位、注册表、网上行为观察则是客户模式创新的一些方法。
Business model is composed of three key parts: operation mode,revenue mode and client mode.On that basis,a framework model can be established to study business model innovation.For Internet enterprises,business model innovation includes both static and dynamic aspects.The eye-ball economy,experience products,lock-in effect,network effect and micro innovation constitute the guideline and "key" to the theoretical study on business model innovation in China's dot-com companies.The innovation methods of operation mode include industry chain method,efficiency method and edition division method,etc.The innovation methods of revenue mode include free-of-charge method,lock-in effect method,edition division VIP-user method,eye-ball sales method,etc.Client orientation method,registration form method and online behavior observation method usually work as some methods for innovation in client mode.
