摘要
目的:为了实现医院数字化、信息化建设,提出了医院信息系统设计需要遵循的原则方法:分别从临床管理、业务过程管理、决策支持管理等方面考虑设计方案和原则结果:以科学、规范的医院内部管理为基础,充分利用计算机、网络通讯及数据库等现代信息技术,制定了优化医院工作流程的信息系统设计原则结论:按照设计原则开发出来的医院信息系统可以有效。
Objective To put forward the principles that should be followed for the hospital information system design in order to realize the digitalization and informatization construction of the modern hospital.Methods The design program and principle were taken into account from some factors such as clinical management,business procedure management and decision support management.Results The hospital information system design principle was made up under the condition of scientific and normative hospital internal management and bv using modern information technology such as computer technology,network communication and database technology.Conclusion The hospital information system based on the principle made up can realize the electronic hospital information management effectively.
