摘要
目的:研究兔肝组织的介电特性与温度之间的关系,消除因温度不同造成的测量结果的差异,增加各实验结果间的可比性,并且在后续实验中严格控制实验温度,确保实验条件的一致性和测量结果的准确性和可信性。方法:采用英国Schlumberger公司的Solartron 1260+1294阻抗分析仪,取新鲜的兔肝组织,快速切割好后放入测量盒,再放入恒温恒湿箱内,湿度保持为90%,温度从25℃升至42℃,每升高1℃扫频1次,频率从10 Hz到1 MHz,分析电导率与介电常教的变化情况结果:在升温过程中,电导率与介电常数明显升高,大约呈线性关系,且不同驱动频率下变化程度不同。结论:兔肝组织的介电特性随温度升高发生显著变化,说明介电特性对温度很敏感,在科研中应予以充分重视。
Objective To research the relationship between the dielectric properties of rabbit liver tissue and the temperature,to eliminate the differences of measurement results due to the differences of the temperature,to increase the comparability between the experimental results,and control the temperature strictly in the subsequent experiment,ensure the consistency of the experimental condition and the accuracy and credibility of measurement result.Methods Using Solartron 1260 + 1294 impedance analyzer manufactured by British Schlumberger company,fresh rabbit liver tissue was taken and put into the measure box after being cut,which was then put in the constant temperature and humidity chamber. The humidity was set at 90%,and the temperature rose from 25℃to 42℃.A sweep was done when temperature increased every 1℃,with the frequency from 10 Hz to 1 MHz,and the changes of conductivity and dielectric invariable were analyzed.Results In the temperature rising process,conductivity and dielectric invariable increased significantly,nearly in a linear relationship,and different driving frequencies caused different change extents.Conclusion Dielectric properties of rabbit liver tissue changes significantly in the temperature rising process,which shows that dielectric properties are very sensitive to the temperature,so enough attention should be paid in the scientific research.
