摘要
目的探讨利用螺旋计算机断层成像(CT)影像定位辅以磁性探测器对眼内磁性异物判断的临床意义。方法回顾分析41例(41眼)眼外伤,术前均进行螺旋CT检查,同时用磁性探测器进行术前异物磁性判断,并与手术结果进行比较。结果螺旋CT异物显影35例,最大7mm×3mm×1mm,最小1.2mm×1mm×1mm,其中磁性探测器检出21例磁性异物,均成功经磁铁吸出术摘出异物。结论利用螺旋CT诊断和定位眼部异物,联合磁性探测器进行磁性判定,对术前决定是否选择用磁铁外路吸出的手术方式具有临床指导意义。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of spiral CT imaging combined with magnetic detectors to diagnose the magnetic intraocular foreign bodies. Method The data of fourty one cases of ocular injury (41 eyes) were retrospectively analyzed in this study. The patients were scaned preoperatively with spiral CT and examined with magnetic detectors to determine magnetic foreign bodies. The examination results were compared with the findings in the surgeries. Results Thirty five cases of foreign bodies were detected by spiral CT imaging, the maximum body was 7 mm × 3 mm ×1 ram, the minimum body was 1.2 mm ×1 mm ×1 mm ; Twenty one cases with magnetic foreign bodies were detected by magnetic detectors, all of the magnetic foreign bodies were successfully removed by the magnet foreign body extraction sur- gery. Conclusion It is clinically significant for the application of spiral CT imaging combined with the magnetic detectors to determined whether the magnet foreign body extraction surgery should be chosen before operations.
