摘要
目的:分析高压氧对于缺血性脑中风病人的治疗价值以及治疗机理。方法:将本院收治的78例缺血性脑中风病人均分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组于对照组基础上给予高压氧治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效及神经功能缺损情况。结果:对照组基本治愈率为17.95%,总有效率为74.36%;治疗组基本治愈率为38.46%,总有效率为94.87%,治疗组基本治愈率与总有效率均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:高压氧治疗可有效提高临床疗效,明显改善脑部神经功能缺损情况。
Objective： To analyze the therapeutic value and therapeutic mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen for ischemic stroke patients.Method： Divided 78 cases of ischemic stroke patients admitted to our hospital average into control group and treatment group,the control group were given conventional treatment.On the basis of control group,the treatment were given hyperbaric oxygen for therapy,compared the clinical effect and neurological impairments of two groups.Result： The cure rate of control group was 17.95%,the total effective rate was 74.36%;The cure rate of treatment group was 38.46%,the total effective rate was 94.87%,the cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than control group,P0.05.Conclusion： Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,significantly improve brain neurological impairments.
