摘要
通过对房产公司破产所可能产生一系列问题的分析,对在施工合同、购房合同订立过程中的开发商、购房户、承包商等当事人的权利与义务为内容进行探讨,从而试图找到解决问题的办法并力求促进相关机制的完善。
This article will analysis a series of problems through to the bankruptcy company and try to provide some ideas for the rights and obligations of the parties in the bankruptcy process.Meanwhile,hope improving the Bankruptcy Law for better.
