摘要
建立了舰艇综合通信能力评估指标体系,以层次分析法与灰色决策理论相结合的方法,综合舰艇综合通信能力的各构成因素,建立了评估模型,并通过该模型对舰艇综合通信能力进行了评估,检验了模型的有效性。
An evaluation index system of ships integrated communication capabilities is established with the method of combining analytic hierarchy process and grey decision-making theory, according to the constituent elements of ships integrated communication capabilities, the evaluation model is established. And finally, test the validity of the model through evaluate of the ships integrated communication capabilities
