摘要
板材在坯料和轧制过程中容易产生裂纹、夹杂物、气孔等危害性缺陷,该板材因厚度薄,一般在4 mm以下,需通过对超声波检测方法、设备和器材、检测标准的研究提出超声波检测方案,达到对高温合金薄板品质进行有效控制。
Cracking,slag,gas holes on the plate are easily caused during blanket rolling.Because the plate's thickness is under 4 micrometers,it is necessary to research on method of ultrasonic testing,equipment,material and testing standards to assure effective control of the thin plate.
