摘要
常规变压吸附装置(N2:98.5%~99.9%)制取的氮气存在两个问题:一是在一个吸附周期内随着吸附量的增加,氮气中氧含量增加(氮气纯度下降);二是在两个吸附塔交替工作之间有较大的压力波动。以上两个缺欠的存在,就决定了使用目前通用的加氢脱氧技术路线是不能够净化出高纯氮气的(氢气含量严重超标)。介绍了一种净化工艺方法以及专用的双功能脱氧催化剂和脱氧干燥剂,可以将常规变压吸附装置制取的氮气净化到高纯氮气标准。
There are two common problems exist in the preparation of nitrogen by PSA(N2: 98.5% ~ 99.9%).First,with the increase of the adsorption capacity in one cycle,the oxygen in the nitrogen increased(decreased the nitrogen purity).Second,there will be a large pressure fluctuation when the two adsorption towers alternated one to another.Because of these two shortcomings,it is unavailable to produce high-purity nitrogen by using HDO technology(hydrogen content is seriously over proof).This paper describes a purification process and the appropriate bi-functional deoxidizing catalyst and deoxidizing desiccant,which can improve the nitrogen-purged by PSA to the high purity nitrogen standards.
