有高血压家族史的后代血浆中Catestatin的含量变化 被引量：1

摘要 高血压病程长,病程进展不一,但对心、脑、肾是一个很重要的致病因素,因此被称为人类健康的＂无形杀手＂^[1]。原发性高血压具有明显的家族聚集性,超过60%的高血压患者可被询问到有高血压家族史。Catestatin是一种新型的心血管活性多肽,1988年Simon等^[2]发现一种源于嗜铬蛋白A（CHGA）的多肽能够抑制肾上腺嗜铬细胞分泌儿茶酚胺,
