摘要
素质与素质教育问题备受社会关注,在我国教育界已经讨论多年,然而观点纷纭,概念使用混乱,内涵不清。本文从教育学、个体发生学角度对素质的内涵及外延予以了界定,对我国素质教育的现状和存在问题进行了分析,并提出了进行素质教育的致思途径和做法。
Quality and quality education problem get social concern.Education sector in China has been discussed for years,but there are lots of different views.This article initially defines the quality connotation and extension of quality education from the angles of the education ontogeny,analyzing the current situation and existing problems and putting forward the ways and practices of the quality education.
