摘要 保证我国石油天然气可靠安全的供应是我国可持续发展的基础。海洋石油勘探开发安全与陆上油气储运安全是我国能源工作的重要方面。本文叙述了安全工作的重要性,海洋石油勘探开发安全与陆上油气储运安全的现状,与安全相关的科技问题及主要工作建议。 To guarantee the reliable and safe supply of petroleum and natural gas is the foundation of sustainable development in China.The safety consideration on offshore oil exploitation and on petroleum and natural gas storage and transportation on lands is one of important aspect of the energy development.In this paper the importance of safety consideration,the safety situation of offshore oil exploitation and safety situation of petroleum and natural gas storage and transportation,the related technologies of security were described.Also the main proposal was submitted.
