摘要
近年来,越来越多的抗体被用于疾病的诊断与治疗,已占据生物药品市场的20%,对抗体的大量需求就要求我们对新的抗体纯化策略进行探索。在过去的几十年里,学术界和产业上的进步共同推动了抗体分离纯化技术的发展,色谱法已经成为抗体分离纯化的一个重要方法,并将继续在抗体纯化领域发挥重要作用。文章对当前的色谱法纯化抗体的技术及其应用进行了一个简要的综述。
Nowadays,more and more antibodies have been used for diagnosis and treatment of diseases.The antibody drugs have occupied 20% of bio-pharmaceutical market.The need for antibodies with unique specificities and designed for single application has encouraged the searching for novel antibody purification strategies.Over the last decades,academia and industry have developed different types of interaction and separation techniques for antibody purification.Chromatography has been one of the most important methods in the purification of antibodies.This review focuses on the current purification methods based on Chromatography and its application.
