摘要
干部人事档案工作始终是我们党组织工作的一个重要组成部分,是一项抓基础管长远的系统工程。"十二五"时期,我国干部人事档案工作面临着许多新形势、新情况、新问题和新挑战,如何做到干部工作与档案工作同步发展,需要档案工作者不断更新管理观念,勇于探索和尝试新的管理手段,以改革创新的精神把干部档案管理工作提高到一个新的水平,为经济社会发展提供坚强有力的保障。
The management of cadre personnel archive is an important component of the Party＇s organizational work. The improvement of archive management requires not only ideological innovation but also creative working methods with the full conaideration of the new circumstances and problems in the 12th Five-Year-Plan Period.
