摘要
采用固相反应法制备了CuO、CeO2共掺杂Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.1Ti0.9O3(BCZT)无铅压电陶瓷,研究了CuO的掺杂量对所制陶瓷晶体结构、压电及介电性能的影响。结果表明:CuO的加入,进一步降低了预先经0.05%(质量分数)CeO2掺杂的BCZT陶瓷的烧结温度;在1 250℃烧结时,仍可获得纯钙钛矿结构的BCZT陶瓷。当CuO掺杂量为质量分数0.2%时,所制BCZT陶瓷具有最佳的压电性能:d33=370 pC/N,tC约为93℃,tanδ=0.0147。
CuO-CeO2 co-doped Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.1Ti0.9O3(BCZT) lead-free piezoelectric ceramic was prepared by conventional solid state reaction method.The effects of CuO-CeO2 co-doping amounts on the crystal structures,piezoelectric and dielectric properties of prepared ceramics were investigated.The results indicate that the sintering temperature of the BCZT ceramic doped with 0.05%(mass fraction) CeO2 in advance can be further reduced by doping CuO.The BCZT ceramics can form pure perovskite solid solutions sintered at 1 250 ℃.When the doping amounts of CuO is 0.2%(mass fraction),the BCZT ceramics possess optimal piezoelectric properties: d33=370 pC/N,tC≈93 ℃,tanδ=0.014 7.
