摘要
介绍了印染厂中水回用技术,指出中水回用水质必须从"源头"控制CODCr浓度和电导率;分析了染整加工用水中CODCr及电导率的成因,以及中水回用对染色的影响。制定合理的染整配方和工艺条件,减少水中残余染料和助剂,采用低盐无盐染色或避盐回用工艺,可从源头降低染整废水中的CODCr浓度和电导率,提高回用中水的水质。
Reuse technology of dyeing and finishing wastewater is introduced. It is pointed out that reuse of reclaimed water should pay more attention to control CODc, COncentration and electric conductivity in source. Reasons for CODCr and electric conductivity of dyeing and finishing wastewater are analyzed, and influence of reused water on dyeing results is discussed. Setting suitable process recipe and conditions, reducing residual dyes and chemicals and adopting low-salt and salt-free dyeing processes can reduce CODer and electric conductivity of wastewater, and improve the water quality of reused water.
