摘要
赵固二矿副立井马头门破坏段埋藏深,围岩属于高应力、膨胀性、节理化复合型软岩。为了对其进行修复治理,根据其地质条件和破坏情况,分析了变形破坏机理,制定了修复治理方案,成功对破坏段进行了修复治理,并得出在复杂地质条件下深井马头门支护可采用锚网(索)喷+U型钢可缩性支架+钢筋混凝土碹体二次支护+全断面锚注加固+底角锚索束补强加固的复合结构支护方案。对该支护方案运用FLAC3D软件进行了模拟计算,验证了该方案的合理性。
The failed section of the auxiliary vertical shaft ingate in Zhaogu No.2 coal mine was very deep.Surrounding rock mass were high stressed,swelling and jointed compound soft rock.In order to repair the failed ingate,according to the geological conditions and failed conditions,the deformation failure mechanism was analysis.The repair and control plan were set up,and the failed section of the ingate was successfully repaired and controlled.Composite support structure means of the anchor(cable) spray +retractable steel U bracket + secondary support of stone and concrete reinforced concrete + full-face bolting reinforcement + corner anchor beam under complicated geological condition are obtained.The supporting scheme was established and numerical simulation by FLAC3D,and the analysis results show that the supporting scheme is rational.
