摘要
研究了新安江水电厂无功控制特点,设计了AVC子站系统。介绍了AVC系统结构,并提出自适应的无功需求计算方式、适用于多种运行方式的水电无功分配策略、适用于新安江特殊接线方式的无功控制方式和小步长无功变动的处理办法。
Based on the reactive power controlling features of Xin′anjiang Power Station,a practical design of AVC(Automatic Voltage Control) substation is proposed.After having introduced the AVC system construction,the paper presents the adaptive reactive power requirement calculation mode,the strategy of reactive dispatching in varied operating conditions and the solution for small step control catering to the special conditions of Xin′anjiang Power Station.
