摘要
综合提升输变电工程造价管理水平,对于提高电网投资效益、控制成本支出、优化资源配置意义重大。介绍了数据挖掘技术的内涵及主要内容体系,结合输变电工程造价管理的实际情况,深入剖析了应用数据挖掘技术提高造价管理能力、强化造价管理科学化水平的具体措施。为全面完善我国输变电工程造价管理体系提供了理论基础和实践依据。
It is of great significance to enhance the cost management level of transmission and transformation projects,especially for the improvement of power grid investment benefits,the control of expense and the optimization of resource allocation,.This paper introduces the concept of the data mining and its main content.In combination with the practical situation of the transmission and transformation project cost management,the in-depth analysis is conducted about the specific methods to apply data mining technology in order to improve cost management level and strengthen the scientific proficiency of cost management.The research provides sufficient theoretical basis and practical experience for the perfection of the cost management system of power transmission and transformation projects in China.
