摘要
以"月季杂3"为试材,研究了不同外植体、基本培养基及植物生长调节剂对诱导愈伤组织的影响。结果表明:适宜诱导愈伤的基本培养基为MS+2,4-D 2.5mg/L;诱导愈伤组织最佳的外植体为小叶;幼嫩叶片、暗培养等条件有利于愈伤组织的形成。
The ‘rose-3’ was used as test materials to study the effects of different hormone concentration,basic medium and plant growth regulator on the leaves callus induction.The results showed that appropriate callus induction of basic medium for the best callus induction medium MS＋2,4-D 2.5mg/L.The best callus induction explant for small blade;young leaves and culture in dark were good for callus induction.
