摘要
采用浸渍法用海娜对羊毛织物进行染色,利用单因素的方法,选择不同染料浓度、染色温度、染色时间,测试毛织物的摩擦牢度、皂洗牢度、日晒牢度和K/S值,并综合毛织物的特点,确定海娜用量为6%(owf)、染色时间为180 min、染色温度为60℃。选择硫酸铜和稀土氯化物作为媒染剂对毛织物进行染色,分析媒染剂的添加对各项牢度和K/S值的影响,对比不同媒染剂对各项牢度和K/S值的影响,通过实验结果分析确定媒染剂硫酸铜用量为0.4%(owf),稀土氯化物用量为0.4%(owf)。
This paper mainly studies the dyeing process of wool fabric with henna plant.Using the impregnate method and the single-factor analysis,it studies concentrations of Henna,dyeing time,dyeing temperature and color depth.The results show that the optimal concentration of henna is 6%(owf),dyeing time is 180 min,the best dyeing temperature is 60 ℃,using the influence of mordants CuSO4 and rare earth chloride for mordant.Based on the test results,the color fastness and color depth of dyed wool fabric,it determines the optimal concentration of mordant CuSO4 is 0.4%(owf),the best rare earth chloride is 0.4%(owf).
