摘要
关于α,β-双-[5-甲基苯骈恶唑-(2)-]乙烯生产过程中反应终点的判定和催化脱水的效率问题,一是改用二甲苯作反应介质,使反应体系生成的水与二甲苯形成共沸物,通过计量反应中释出的水量来解决反应终点的判定问题;二是采用硼酸和对甲苯磺酸共用的催化体系,观察其催化脱水的协同效应。
The end point of the reaction between 2 - amino - 4 - methylphenol and malic acid to form a, B - Bis - [5-methylbenzoxazolyl- (2)- ] ethylene was decided by weighing the quantity of the water liberated horn the reaction system, and the combination effect of catalytic dehydration in fore reaction system was also observed.
