摘要
探讨脊髓原发性恶性黑色素瘤的临床特点及治疗。报道1例原发于颈髓的恶性黑色素瘤,并复习国内外相关文献,对本病的特点及治疗方式进行探讨。结果显示,本病近年来发病有所增高。MRI及FDP-PET对诊断具有重要意义。本病治疗以手术为主,术后可辅以放化疗。
We reported a case of primary spinal malignant melanoma and reviewed the relevant literatures for studying the characters of this disease. Results show the occurrence of primary spinal melanoma is increasing in recent years. Images of MRI and FDP--PET are helpful to diagnose. The treatments of spinal malignant melanoma are consisted by surgery, fol- lowed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
