摘要
投资控制是水运工程项目控制的重点,贯穿于项目建设的全过程。在满足项目合理工期和质量的前提下,采取技术与经济相结合的手段,在工程建设的各个阶段对投资进行控制。分别介绍从水运工程项目决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、实施阶段和结算阶段进行投资控制的做法,为工程项目投资发挥较大的经济效益和社会效益。
Investment control is the key point of the water transport engineering control, which is through the whole process of the construction. In the prerequisite of meeting reasonable limit time of working and quality, the investment control has been taken in the whole process of the engineering with the method of combining technology and economy. The method of investment control are introduced respectively from decisive stage, design stage, bidding stage, excutive stage and settle accounts stage. In this way, the investment of engineering has got better economic and social efficiency.
