血糖变异性与危重症患者死亡相关性的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 血糖变异性指标多种多样,目前尚无统一的标准。近年来研究发现,血糖变异性与危重症患者的死亡呈显著相关。体外实验及动物实验支持高的血糖变异性有害这一假说,人体实验的结果存在一定的争议。新型动态血糖仪能最大限度地减少血糖变异,有望为将来的研究提供帮助。 Glucose variability indicators are multifarious.There is no uniform reference at this stage.Recent studies have shown that glucose variability was significantly correlated with deaths of critically ill patients.Experiments in laboratory and in animals support the hypothesis that high glucose variability may have biological toxicity.The results of clinical studies are controversial.A new continuous blood glucose monitor can decrease glucose variability markedly,which will be useful for future researches.
