摘要
由于村集体经济组织弱化与长期的家庭分散经营,西部农民专业合作社成长明显滞后于特色农业产业化进程。通过提升生产领域的专业化水平,加强特色农业专业人才队伍培育,推动农民经济合作组织"三个建设",突出特色农业的"纵向一体化"合作水平,实施"四大扶持"政策,促进合作社的规范运行,能够引领农民专业合作社真正成为西部特色农业产业化发展的重要载体。
Since rural economic collectives are getting weak and families have been managed dispersedly for a long time,the specialized farmer＇s cooperatives in the western regions obviously lag behind the industrialization of agriculture,so it is necessary to improve the level of specialization in production and to enhance the cultivation of agricultural professionals so as to promote ＂three construction＂ of the farmer cooperative economic organizations and to further the cooperation of ＂vertical integration＂ of featured agriculture by taking advantage of the supportive policies of the government.The cooperatives should encourage farmers＇ participation through cultivation and example setting to promote the cooperatives＇ regular management.Only in this way can the specialized farmers＇ cooperatives become an important carrier of the industrialization of the featured agriculture of the western regions.
