摘要
介绍了纳米复合镀层制备技术存在的问题,综述了纳米复合镀层强化技术的现状,重点分析了液相等离子体强化技术的原理和分类。利用高能量密度的液相等离子体将镀件与基体加热到熔凝状态,使得镀层材料与基体材料相互渗透,形成再结晶组织,实现了两者的冶金结合,提高了镀层与基体的结合强度。
The problems of fabrication of nano-composite coatings were introduced. The current status of technologies of the strengthening of nano-composite were overviewed and the principle and classification of electrolysis plasma strengthening technology were analyzed. The high energy density of liquid phase plasma make the material of coating and material of matrix interpenetrate, forming recrystallization, which can achieve the metallurgical bonding in order to enhance the bonding strength.
