摘要
随着小容量注射液由传统的安瓿瓶包装,向管制注射液瓶(西林瓶)包装形式的转换,一直困扰小容量注射液质量的可见异物问题并没有因为包装形式的改变而得以解决。就小容量注射液由传统的安瓿包装改为西林瓶包装后,从其生产工艺要求的各个环节排查可见异物产生原因,采取行之有效的控制措施,来降低西林瓶包装小容量注射液可见异物的发生几率。
With the change of packing of small volume injection agent from traditional ampoule bottle to Penicillin bottle, the problem of visible foreign matter in small volume injection agent has not been disappeared. In this article, the control measure was proposed to solve the problem from each procedure in production in accordance with process requirements so that the probability of appearance of visible foreign matter can be decreased.
