表面活性剂催化合成N-苯基邻苯二甲酰亚胺

Synthesis of N-phenylphthalimide with Using Surfactants as Catalysts

摘要 以多种表面活性剂为催化剂,苯胺和邻苯二甲酸酐为原料,在水溶剂中合成N-苯基邻苯二甲酰亚胺,考察了反应时间,催化剂用量,胺酐比等因素对产物收率的影响。结果表明,采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠有最好的催化活性,当反应时间为5h,胺酐比为1.1∶1(mol),表面活性剂浓度2%(以溶剂质量计)时,收率可达到93.8%,且催化剂重复使用性好。 N-phenylphthalimide was synthesized with using aniline and phthalic anhydride as the raw materials and surfactants as catalysts in the presence of hydro-solvent. Some key conditions of the synthesis of N-phenylphthalimide were investigated, such as the catalyst amount, ratio of aniline to phthalic anhydride and reaction time, etc. The results of experiments showed that using SDBS as catalyst could get the best catalytic activi- ty, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the molar ratio of aniline to phthalic anhydride was 1.1:1; the reaction time was 5h and the concentration of catalyst was 2% (based on the mass of solvent). Under these conditions, the yield of product was up to 93.8%, and the reusability of catalyst was excellent.
