摘要
文章分析了传统海图作业与航线设计评估与训练存在的问题,并阐述了海图作业及航线设计训练与评估系统的应用现状、功能、要求和优势,对于航海教育培训具有一定的借鉴意义。
This article analyses the problems existing in traditional training and assessing for chart work and route planning,and elaborates on the current situation of application,functions,requirements and advantages related to the training and assessing system for chart work and route planning as well,which will be of some reference value to maritime education and training.
