摘要
受转弯影响,抽水蓄能电站竖式进/出水口在抽水工况下往往会出现严重偏流,影响电站运行稳定性与安全性。本文采用最新的CFD方法对竖式进/出水口流态的影响因素进行模拟,分析了一系列体型与流态的规律性,提出了组合弯管结合长倒锥体的优化方案。该方案使出流的环向分布和垂向分布都比较均匀。结合具体工程,将原方案和优化方案进行对比,证明优化方案在抽水工况下的上水库孔口出流流态明显改善。
Flows through the vertical inlets/outlets of the upper basin of a pumped-storage power station are always poorly distributed in pumping conditions due to a bend.This does harm to operation stability and efficiency of the station.To improve outflow uniformity,this paper proposes several modifications to the bend and inlet/outlet shapes through CFD simulations.We draw some rules of design effects on the flow by analyzing shape parameters and comparing modified shapes,and then propose an optimized scheme.This design scheme adopts an adverse bend connected to the original bend and a flow-guiding long conical structure,and it was verified effective in achieving an outflow profile uniform along radial and vertical directions.The scheme was applied to an actual power station and was shown successful in eliminating severe outflow imbalance and back-flow that existed in the original scheme.
