摘要
目的：为了探讨前列腺素Ｅ１ 在治疗急性肾功能衰竭中的作用。方法：分别设立治疗组与对照组，对治疗组给予前列腺素Ｅ１，两组患者均观察２Ｗ，按疗效判定标准判定疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率为３０％ ，好转率为５０％ ，均高于对照组；而无变化情况占２０％ 低于对照组。结论：应用前列腺素Ｅ１ 治疗急性肾功能衰竭，对于缩短其疗程起到了令人满意的效果。
Objective:To study the effect of prostaglandin E 1(PGE1)in treating acute renal failure.Methods:19 patients were divided into 2 groups.One group was treated with PGE 1.After 2 weeks the curative effect was investigated.Results:The patients treated with PGE 1 were more effective than the patients of other group.Conclusion:PGE 1 treating acute renal failure can cut short the course of treatment.
