摘要
本文加工一组共5件标准紧凑拉伸试样,通过载荷控制模式,对TC4ELI合金的平面应变断裂韧性进行了试验研究,结果表明:5件试样中,有3件获得了平面应变断裂韧性值,其余两件因不满足相关条件只获得了条件值。讨论了通过试验获得平面应变断裂韧性有效值的约束条件及其工程应用意义,为TC4ELI合金的实际应用提供依据。
As an important mechanical property index for materials,plane-strain fracture toughness KIC characterizing a force against material fracture,is applied in engineering design for fracture restraining.In this paper,with a set of five pieces standard compact tension specimens,plane strain fracture toughness test of TC4ELI alloy was performed and the results manifested that for the five specimens,three of them had effective test values and the other two had only qualification values.Limited conditions of plane strain fracture toughness by a test and its engineering application were argued,which would provide reference for TC4ELI alloy to be used practically.
