摘要
施工升降机标准节立管机加工专用机床是机电液一体化产品,机床采用多刀、多工位同时加工等工序高度集中的高效加工方法,机床金属切削进刀结构改变了传统的机械进刀结构,采用油缸液压进级结构,使金属切削加工更平稳、无冲击,更易实现安全保护。机床可根据金属加工零件切削直径大小、进刀量大小、加工材料的硬度等因素,对金属加工的进刀速度进行无级调速。专用机床把标准节立管的内孔和端面同时在一道工序中加工完成,生产效率比普通车床加工提高了三倍。
Construction elevator standard section vertical tube machining single-purpose machine tool is a machine battery solution integration product. The machine is equipped with multi - blade, multi-station processing procedures which is highly centralized and efficient. Machine tool metal cutting feed structure has changed the traditional mechanical feed structure, adopting oil cylinder hydraulic progression structure which ensures stability, noimpact and more secure protection. According to metal parts processing cutting diameter size, the amount of feed size, material hardness and other factors, machine tool can realize stepless speed regulation of feed rates of the metal processing. Single-purpose machine tool completes the processing of inner hole and end of standard section vertical tube at the same work procedure. Therefore, the production efficiency is improved by three times of ordinary machine tool.
