摘要
利用三维软件SolidWorks进行直齿圆锥齿轮参数化建模,用该方法开发出直齿圆锥齿轮参数化程序;通过运行程序生成直齿圆锥齿轮三维模型,对模型在载荷作用下的应力状态应用COSMOS/Works做了有限元仿真分析,整个研究过程对齿轮模型库开发、改进和优化齿轮设计参数等都有一定参考价值,同时为综合利用三维软件的各种功能提供借鉴。
The parametric straight-teeth bevel gear wheels are modeling with 3D software SolidWorks and the program is developed with the method.The 3D model of straight-teeth bevel gear wheels is made by operating the program and the finite-element emulation analysis for the stress state of the model with loading is made with the COSMOS/Works.The whole study could be as references for developing the library for models of gears,improving and optimizing the design parameters of gear wheels as well as for the comprehensive utilization of various functions for 3D softwares.
