摘要
PASSIM7K接装纸供给装置压纸辊机构采用单压纸辊设计,在生产光滑接装纸产品时,由于接装纸与供纸辊之间磨擦系数下降造成供纸辊拉力不足,接装纸输送过程会出现跑偏、打滑等现象,造成烟支出现接装纸长短、露白等质量问题,严重影响品牌形象和设备运行效率。
The press paper of PASSIM7K connect-charging-paper feeding device adopts single press paper roll design.When producing smooth connect-charging-paper products,because the fiction coefficient between connect-charging-paper and feeding roller decrease,the tension of feeding roller is insufficient,so running deviation,slipping and other phenomenon will appear in the connect-charging-paper transportation process,leading to different length of connect-charging-jpaper,starved area and other quality problems,which seriously impact the brand image and equipments operation efficiency.
