摘要
目的 比较柯萨奇B3m株病毒 (CVB3m)和柯萨奇B3o株病毒 (CVB3o)在实验中引起小鼠心肌炎的发病情况 ,为心肌炎造模者提供客观的实验参考。方法 用CVB3m和CVB3o感染Balb/c实验小鼠 ,测定两株病毒在鼠心肌细胞中的滴度 ;用常规病理法观察两株病毒致小鼠心肌炎的情况。结果CVB3m和CVB3o感染组小鼠心肌病毒滴度的峰值出现的时间基本相同 ,CVB3m的滴度较高 ;CVB3m感染组小鼠死亡率明显高于CVB3o,两株病毒致小鼠心肌炎的发病率分别为 76 %和 17%。结论 CVB3m和CVB3o致小鼠心肌炎的差异明显 ,在制造小鼠心肌炎模型时建议选择CVB3m。
Objective To investigate the development mouse myocarditis induced with coxsackievirus B3m(CVB 3m ) and B3o(CVB 3o ) and provide references to researchers interesting in such murine model. Methods CVB 3m and CVB 3o were used to infect Balb/c mice. The virus titer was detected in the mouse myocardium. The mouse myocarditis was diagnosed with the routine histopathological method. Results The peak titer of CVB 3m in mouse myocardium was higher than that of CVB 3o . The death rate of CVB 3m infected mice was much higher than that of CVB 3o . The incidences of CVB 3m and CVB 3o induced murine myocarditis were 76% and 17%, respectively. Conclusion There were obvious differences between CVB 3m and CVB 3o on inducing murine myocarditis. CVB 3m was suggested to establish the murine myoocarditis model.
