摘要
急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的发生与斑块的不稳定性和血栓形成密切相关,而炎症反应在不稳定斑块的发生、演变过程中具有至关重要的作用。本文综述有关斑块不稳定性研究的新进展,为临床防治冠心病提供新的思路。
