摘要
目前国内外学者已对青年缺血性卒中危险因素及病因进行了广泛研究,本文拟对可干预和不可干预的危险因素,以及动脉粥样硬化、非动脉粥样硬化性血管病、心源性栓塞、凝血系统疾病、单基因遗传性脑血管等病因进行文献复习及综述,旨在青年缺血性卒中的危险因素及病因深入探究提供新的线索。
As the increasing knowledge in risk factors and etiology among stroke in young people, this paper reviewed not only modified and unmodified factors, but also causes for cardioembolism, haematological disorders and monogenic cerebral vascular diseases, so that aimed at providing the new clues for the further studies in risk factors and etiology among young adults suffered ischemic stroke.
