摘要
目的探索目标人群检验样本生物信息数据库及管理平台的建立和应用。方法建立血清／DNA检验样本标准化冻存库和冻存管理流程体系，建立样本对应的生物信息数据库和软件管理平台。结果初步建立了3000多位健康或／和亚健康目标人群连续两年血清和DNA样本冻存库和样本对应生物信息数据库；特殊疾病人群的血清／DNA样本冻存库和对应样本的生物信息数据库和管理平台的建立。结论临床检验样本生物信息数据库及管理平台的建立是科学高效使用宝贵生物学资源的良好途径和有力保证。
Objective To establish the database of biological information of target samples＇in clinical laboratories and its management platform. Methods The standardized banks of freezed sera or DNAs samples and its management document systems were established. The biological information databases corresponding with samples and the management platform software were created, Results Sera or DNAs samples databases from more 3 000 healthy or/and sub-healthy individuals for research have been set up continuously for two years. Other samples banks from special disease population and management platforms were established, Conclusion It is a good access to establish and apply biological information databases of clinical laboratory samples and management Platforms for using valuable biological resources.
